The place was cool, clean, had excellent atmosphere and people.

Staff and atmosphere where nice, we loved that everything was excellant. There was a large bar with a lot of different food, such as sandwiches and pastries.

Tbh, had a such wonderful stay for 5 day 4 nights. I loved almost every detail, including very good staff and rooms.

It is luxurious hotel, I liked its brand-new rooms and professional staff.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a well kept area, short walk to the beach, the ports and Temptation. We got an exquisite room with balcony. Loved the restaurant for dinner.

Updated room, everything was brand-new. Nice building and rooms that made so much noise you could n't use the balcony at all.

The hotel itself is well-maintained, we loved staff and drinks. The rooms are airy with a jacuzzi tub and the overall experience is really good!

Very gracious staff and inclusive breakfast. I enjoyed having mosquito nets and cable programming. The downstairs bar was casual and the drinks were premium👍😃

The venue was stylish, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was beautiful not far from Temptation, the center. Warm units with a jacuzzi. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and clean inside, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Soft beds, coffee, complementary tea and hairdryer in the room. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. The pool was heated and the garden - lovely.

attractive and competitive value for money in a functional hotel. the food was reasonably priced, service was helpful and the view was absolutely brilliant. we liked the double room which was fine. motivated staff who was willing to help. facilities were superb too.

We loved every detail about our very enjoyable stay here during 2 nights. The staff was efficient and everything was fabulous. The location was perfect, near the tidy beach. Small garden and nice pool. Terrific service, decent value for money.

Wise staff, fab location, efficient service. The room was authentic and very pretty, the bathroom was luxury. The hotel was perfectly clean and the tropical beach set near the property. 25 km from the airport. Lovely pool area too.

I loved the elegant-style building, nicely equipped room. The location was optimal, just a pleasant stroll away from galeon capitan hook. The staff was nice and were eager to help with every need. Lots of food at breakfast, such as slices of fresh bread, cheese and meats.

My bed was not so comfortable.

The room was very beautiful and fashioned, plus the bed was very comfy. Staff were energetic and kept the place spotless. The breakfast was simply delicious, had lots of options and the food was awesome;))

Phenomenal location and good value considering price it charged contrasted with other options. The staff was absolutely perfect, their service was most TOP-NOTCH. Near the local beach. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was decent.

Staff were very polite; breakfast was fantastic, and location was stunning. I loved a fully equipped kitchen in my non-smoking room. Having different local drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch. Located near the rocky beach.

Everything in this affordable hotel was so perfect, we liked it. Such wonderful view of garden. Walking distance to the beautiful beach.

Rooms were light and had absolutely stunning views, convenient to be 16 miles away from Isla Mujeres airport. I liked welcoming staff, who kept the area clean enough.

responsive staff, well decorated rooms, incredibly beautiful views. the hotel is in a recreational area. also, playa tortugas is within walking distance of the property. all in all it's spotless place, they have comfy beds.

Our experience was amazing. We loved free Wi Fi provided in the hotel. Our favorite property in Cancun, we strongly recommend it...
